He was predeceased by : his parent Jesse W. Terry. He is survived by : his wife Adelle Marie Rapé Terry of Batesville; his stepchildren, Michael Tate (Enita) of Sardis and Tracy Tate of Miami, FL.; his siblings, Debbie Terry Sibley of Batesville and Don Terry of Sardis; his brother-in-law Charles Leo Rapé; his grandchildren, Cameron, Jylynn, Adain, Jacob Tate, Haley and Jason Simer; his great grandchild Khloie Tate; and his nieces, Tabatha Terry Judkins, Jessica Sibley and Danielle Sibley.
