He is survived by: his wife Anne Lipe Magee; his daughters, Angie Dorris (Alex) of Oxford, MS and Macy Weed (Jason) of Pope, MS.; his grandchildren, Maggie Dorris, Brianna Weed and Chance Weed; and his brothers, Jimmy Magee of Courtland, MS and Johnny Magee (Debra) of Pope, MS..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made and sent to Liberty Hill Cemetery Fund, c/o Liberty Hill Baptist Church, P.O. Box 187, Pope, MS 38658.
