He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Woodard. He is survived by: his children, Robert "Bobby" Woodard (Brenda) of Pope, Randall Scott Woodard (Bridget) of Batesville and Eva Mae Hartfield (Rusty) of Horn Lake; his siblings, Danny Woodard, David Woodard, Martha Webb, June McGehee and Glynn Joslin; and his grandchildren, Josh Woodard, Jessie Williams, Randall Winkler, Candace McCullar, Katey Hartfield and Alison Hartfield. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
His contributions to both his family and community leave an enduring legacy that will be cherished in the hearts of many.
