He was predeceased by: his mother Bertie Moore Welch; and his son Stan Welch. He is survived by: his father William Welch; his siblings, Bondy Welch, Aileen Bridges, Francis Jenne, Catherine Chapman and Becky Murphy of Iuka; his wife DeAnna Dean Welch; his daughter DeAnn Welch Scott (Wade) of Batesville; his daughter-in-law Melissa Welch of Batesville, Mississippi.; and his grandchildren, Meredith Welch, Braiden Scott, Hannah Welch, Graysen Scott and Lena-Grace Franklin.
