He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clyde Britt and Monte Lee Savage Britt; and his children, John H. Britt, Jr. and Janet Denise Britt. He is survived by: his wife Betty Britt of Batesville, MS; his children, Mike Britt (Anne Marie) of Batesville, MS, Steven Britt (Matt) of Batesville, MS and Kayla Dubois (Dillon) of Batesville, MS; and his sisters, Shirley Trimm of Senatobia, MS and Rose Mary Bailey of Jackson, TN.
