He is survived by: his children, Brooke West (Timothy) of Marks, MS, Mancle Thomas "Trey" McGovern, III of Hernando, MS and Camryn McGovern of Batesville, MS; his brothers, John McGovern (Stacey) of Pope, MS and Heath McGovern (Carrie) of Sardis, MS; and his grandchildren, Caleb West of Marks, MS., Bowen West of Marks, MS. and Miracle West of Marks, MS..
