He is survived by: his wife Shelly Phillips of Crenshaw, MS; his sons, Jason Phillips (Ellie) of Courtland, MS, Matt Phillips (Kris) of Courtland, MS, Derrick Mink (Jennifer) of Pensacola, FL and Gregory Mink (Mallory) of Georgetown, TX.; and his grandchildren, Georgia Phillips, Olivia Phillips, Paxton Phillips, Stella Phillips, Kailyn Mink and Maddie Morneo.
