He was predeceased by: his parent Batesville. He is survived by: his wife Cyd Dunlap; his sister Sarah Dell Gray; his children, Michael (Beth Ann), Joe, Angela Waldrup, Amy Totaro and Richard (Alicia); and his stepson Booth Tarkington. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren, and 9 loving rescue dogs, 3 cats.
