He was predeceased by: his son David Allen Burson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Faye Oakes; his children, Sharon Oakes of Arizona, John Manasco of Pope, MS and Ronald Oakes of Arizona; and his grandchildren, Chris Manasco, Kevin Manasco, Johnathan Manasco and Tiffany Palmer. He is also survived by his nine great-grandchildren.
