She was predeceased by: her parents, Benton O'Neill and Dorothy Mary Parenton O'Neill; her husband James Edwin "Jimmy" Trotter; and her sister Dorothy O. Blakely. She is survived by: her sisters, Judy Sartain (Jackie) of Water Valley, Rosemarie Ellis (Randy) of Rock Hill and Betty Langford (John) of Munford, Tennessee..
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wells Funeral Home (340 MS-35, Batesville, MS 38606). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Methodist Church (119 Panola Ave, Batesville, MS 38606). A burial was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Magnolia Cemetery.
