He is survived by: his wife Sherry Stokes Goodwin of Batesville, Mississippi; his children, Keith Goodwin (Nita) of Batesville, Mark Goodwin (Mary Jo) of Batesville and Jackie Herron (Matthew) of Batesville; his sister-in-law Angie Jaudon; and his stepdaughters, Susie Ferguson of LaGrange, Georgia and Lisa McIver of Pensacola, Florida.. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
