He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Albert Brown and Nevels Rowland Brown; and his wife Joyce Nell Brown. He is survived by: his daughter Sherrye Brown of Franklin, Tennessee; his granddaughter Kristi Wilson (Jeremy) of Franklin, Tennessee; his great grandchildren, Eli, Grant and Anna Wilson; and his siblings, Jerrie Mathis (Terry) of Walnut, Mississippi. and Jack Brown (Karlene) of Walnut, Mississippi..
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 20th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Wells Funeral Home (340 Hwy 35 N, Batesville, MS 38606). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
