He was predeceased by: his parents, William Monroe and Sally Mary Clarkson Morris; and his brother J. C. Morris. He is survived by: his wife Doris S. Morris of Fred's Stores; his sons, William M. Morris, II of Batesville, MS and Michael A. Morris (Renda) of Batesville, MS; his siblings, Norma Gordon of Collierville, TN, Marilyn Franks of Pope, MS and Thomas Morris of Pope, MS; and his grandchildren, William Morris of Daphane, AL, Cameron Bruce Morris of Brooklyn, TX and Melanie Gilley of Batesville, MS. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
