He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn (Williford); his parents, Robert Earl and Virgie (Harrison); and his siblings, Robbie Hopkins, Edward Earl Collier and Frances Newman.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Lewis of Collierville and Robert Kenneth Collier of Batesville; his grandson Ben Lewis (Chelsea) of Jackson; Kathy Garrison of Bartlett, Tennessee.. He is also survived by two greatgrandchildren.
