He is survived by: his wife Donna Fox of Baxterville; his children, David Fox, Jr. (Amanda) of Camarillo, CA, Jennifer Howell (James) of Vicksburg and Perri Fox of Baxterville; his grandchildren, Atticus, Patience, Thomas, Camren, Flora, Harmony, Aurora and Una; his father Harold Duane Fox; and his siblings, Keith Fox, Janet Williams (Ben), Tim Fox (Bridget) and Kelly Jadwin (Hal). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
