He is survived by: his children, Melissa "Missy" Bullock of Bay St, Michael "Mike" O'Neal of Pueblo, Colorado, Connie, Jackie, Nicky and Jerry. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
