She is survived by: her husband Bobby Glenn Phillips; her children, Ellen Russell (Paul) of Sumrall, MS, Renee Tolbert (Rod) of Laurel, MS, Megan White (Matthew) of Bay Springs, MS. and Jonathan Phillips (Christy) of Bay Springs, MS.; her grandchildren, Jacob, Jess, Miles Russell, Noah, Abby, Claire Tolbert, Michael, Kayden and Avary Phillips; and her siblings, John P. "Sonny" Finnegan Jr. (Karen), Brian Finnegan (Diane), Christopher Finnegan (Cindy), Andrew Finnegan (Jennifer) and Laura Finnegan. She is also survived by her extended family, including sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and a host of nieces and nephews.
