Though Tommy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cooney Holloway Millsap and Elsie Payton. He is survived by: his wife Judy Millsap; his stepchildren, Curtis Douglas, Yvette Townsend and Vivian Wright; and his brother Robert Millsap. He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, as well as other family and friends.
