He was predeceased by: his parents, Price Spencer and Ovie Johnson Spencer; his wife Candy Spencer; and his siblings, Della Holloway, Bud Spencer, Doug Spencer and Ray Spencer.
He is survived by: his daughter Christi Hoffpauir (Darrell) of Mantachie; his stepson Nick Martin (Sharon) of Tupelo; and his siblings, Wanda Fain of Belden, Linda Cummings of Fulton and Dennis Spencer of Fulton.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Waters Funeral Home (309 N 2nd St, Baldwyn, MS 38824). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
