He is survived by: his wife Barbara Allen of Benton; his children, Mary Margaret Myers (Chris) of Oxford, Jennie Elizabeth Harvey (Brian) of Oxford, Carl Clayton Swayze III of Benton and Allen McCormick Swayze (Amy) of Madison; his grandchildren, Will Harvey (Loren) of Clinton, Matthew Myers (Meghan) of Atlanta, John Harvey (Sophie) of New Orleans, Kathleen Myers of Dallas, Michael Harvey (Saylie) of Oxford and Liza Cate Swayze of Madison; and his siblings, Martha Fisher (Pete) of Rolling Fork, Johnny Swayze (Peggy) of Benton and Steve Swayze (Sharon) of Madison.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Midway United Methodist Church (6325 MS-433, Benton, MS 39039). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
