He is survived by: his sons, Leif Moore (Karly Pannelli), Corban Moore (Baylee Trosclair) and Colton Miller; his wife Valerie Moore; his father Don Moore; his sister Ashleigh Teates (Brandon); his nephews, Michael, Ashdon, Zaiden, Roanin, Cullen and Declan; and his niece Melissa. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
