She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Turnbull and Christina Turnbull; and her siblings, Wilena Folken and Lavon Turnbull. She is survived by: her husband Jim Hullender; her brother Irvin Turnbull; her daughters, Cathy O'Neill (Sean), Beth Howard (Gary) and Leslie Semmes (Richard); and her grandchildren, Sean Hullender (Nevene), Sarah Sirmon (Michael) and Rachel Semmes. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
