She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray E. Cooley and Mattie Lue Cooley; and her husband Virgil R. Mayhew. She is survived by: her children, Scott A. Mayhew, William "Eddie" Mayhew, Elsi M. Berryman, Virginia A. Mears and Joylee M. Mayhew; her grandchildren, Kayla M. McIntyre, Robin E. Berryman, Gracie R. Berryman, Derik Berryman, Robert "Pete" Mayhew, DeEvans J. Mears, Benjamin R. Mayhew and Spencer M. Young; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie A. McIntyre, Kailyn Chandler, Jacob R. McIntyre, Kyson L. Berryman and Collyn R. Young; and her brother Roy E. Cooley. She is also survived by 3 nieces and 2 nephews.
