It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Burnett Frank Jermyn of Biloxi, Mississippi, who passed away on December 21, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Earl Jermyn Sr. and Ruth Helena Lawrence-Jermyn; and his siblings, Lionel James Jermyn, Elbert Earl Jermyn Jr. (Mildred) and Jennie Vee Chandler (Carl).
He is survived by: his wife Judith Darlene Jermyn; his siblings, Lewis Wayne Jermyn Sr. (Ina), Webster Dale Jermyn (Carole) and Diane Ruth Thomas; and his children, Steven Mark Dunkin (Leah), Frank Burnett Jermyn Jr. (Jennifer), Guy Randall Jermyn (Lorraine), Jonathan David Dunkin (Kathy), Darlene Kay Emile (Ronnie) and Renee Michele Carter (Mark). He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family request donations be made, in honor of Burnett Jermyn, to the Humane Society of South Mississippi 2615 25th Ave., Gulfport, MS 39501.
