He is survived by: his parents, Carolyn Cunningham of Gulfport, MS and William Bill Green (Millie) of Mayfield, KY; his children, Brittany Green and William Reed Green; his grandchild Annalee Guin Minto; and his siblings, Gwendolyn Carter of Ocean Springs, MS, Mark Green of Montclair, NJ and Richard Gough of Lexington Park, MD.
