It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Duffy Dail Sr. of Biloxi, Mississippi, born in New Bern, North Carolina, who passed away on May 26, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dail and Polly Dail; and his brother Ralph Dail. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Jennifer Dail Handler (David) and Charles Dail Jr.; his grandchildren, Callie Handler (Noah Ruiz), Joel Handler (Madison), David Handler Jr. and Kaleb Handler; his siblings, Gerald Dale and Lucy Dail Combs (Larry); and his pets, Bella, Mila and Piper.
