He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Lynn Chinn; his children, Amanda Moran (Jason) and Clifford John Chinn (Amy Broussard); his stepchildren, Laura Peters and Dean Skelton (Anita); his siblings, Ethel Mulkey, Marco Chinn (Roxanne) and Terrill Chinn (Doreen); his grandchildren, Sidneigh, Bradley Moran, Alyssa Chinn, Thomas, Jake Peters, Daniel, Darren and Mason Skelton; and his great grandchildren, Liliana Peters, Hayden, Skylynn, Nolan and Oliver Skelton.
