He was predeceased by: his father Frank Kelley; his sister Teresa Kelley Banisch; and his aunt Mary Dixon. He is survived by: his son Andrew Kelley; and his siblings, Nancy Reyes (Gil), Greg and Jeff Kelley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home (2511 Pass Rd, Biloxi, MS 39531). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
