David Wayne Braun Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on February 6, 2026, at the age of 62, David Wayne Braun of Biloxi, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father James Louis "Jimmy" Braun, Sr.; his siblings, James "Jimmy" Braun, Jr., Lana and Gina Braun; and his nephew Christopher "Ryan" Braun.

He is survived by: his mother Mary "Yvonne" Braun (Newman) of Biloxi, MS; his brother Glenn Braun of Biloxi, MS.; his nieces, Danielle Gill (Robert), DeShae Dunlap (James), Amber Olsen, Holly Brody and Saraya Braun (Brandon); and his nephew James "Trae" Braun, III. He is also survived by his great nieces and great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.

The Braun Family prefers memorial donations to be made to the Humane Society of South Mississippi, 2615 25th Ave, Gulfport, MS 39501, in honor of David's love for animals.
