He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewitt Usry and Jewell Baldwin (Marc). He is survived by: his son David Gerald Usry Jr. (Patricia Williams Usry); his grandchildren, Austin David Usry, Amanda Usry (Grey), Aiden Drew Usry and Aaron Dean Usry; his great grandchild Parker Haze Usry; and his siblings, Nedra Baldwin of Biloxi, Stephanie Minton (Ken) of Biloxi, Janis Baldwin of Biloxi and Marc Baldwin (Kim) of Biloxi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
