He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ben and Dora Baker (Ryan); his parents, Arthur Baker and Eva Baker (Walther); his brothers, Fredrick Baker, Arthur Baker, Jr. and Frank Baker; his sister-in-law Velma Baker; and his nephew Arthur Charles Baker.
He is survived by: his brothers, Alvin Baker, Sr. (Anna) and Ronald J. Baker, Sr. of Biloxi; his nephews, Alvin Baker, Jr. (Emily), Andrew Baker, David Baker (Lyn), Larry Baker (Dayna), Ronald J. Baker, Jr., Thomas Baker (Kelly) and John Baker (Kim); and his niece Cynthia Powell (Kenneth). He is also survived by one grand-niece; eight grand-nephews; two great-nieces and five great-nephews.
Well known for his generosity, Donald was a faithful donor to several charitable organizations, and the family encourages everyone to follow his example and donate to a charity of your choice in his memory.
