He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ben and Dora Baker (Ryan); his parents, Arthur Baker and Eva Baker (Walther); his brothers, Fredrick Baker, Arthur Baker, Jr. and Frank Baker; his sister-in-law Velma Baker; and his nephew Arthur Charles Baker.
He is survived by: his brothers, Alvin Baker, Sr. (Anna) and Ronald J. Baker, Sr. of Biloxi; and his siblings' children, Alvin Baker, Jr. (Emily), Andrew Baker, David Baker (Lyn), Larry Baker (Dayna), Ronald J. Baker, Jr., Thomas Baker (Kelly), John Baker (Kim) and Cynthia Powell (Kenneth). He is also survived by one grand-niece; eight grand-nephews; two great-nieces and five great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home - Howard Avenue (675 Howard Ave, Biloxi, MS 39530). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Well known for his generosity, Donald was a faithful donor to several charitable organizations, and the family encourages everyone to follow his example and donate to a charity of your choice in his memory.
