She was predeceased by: her parents, Onyx Wilson Thigpen and Eron P. Thigpen; her brother William Stanley Thigpen; her brothers-in-law, Douglas A. Hebert and Eugene Doser (Gene); and her nephew Michael W. Thigpen.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Luther King of Biloxi, MS; her daughters, Tammy Lynn Clemons (Joseph) of Biloxi, MS and Katherine Lea Morales of Ocean Springs, MS; her sisters, Mary Hebert (Nat) of Woolmarket, MS, Jeannie Doser of Oklahoma City, OK, Cindy Saxton (Billy) of Gulfport, MS and Connie Marodis (Ted) of Biloxi, MS; and her grandchildren, Kenahn King, Mikayla Gore, Shelby Clemons, Cody Clemons, Caitlin Gore, Breyanna Morales and Aiden Clemons.
