He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Strickland and Vertie Fairfax Strickland. He is survived by: his wife Alice Strickland; his sons, Kevin Strickland (Tonya) and David Strickland; his grandchildren, Aaron Strickland, Nathan Jacob Strickland and Chloe Iser (Keaton); his great grandchild Emma Grace; and his brother Floyd Earl Strickland (Pat). He is also survived by family members and friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531).
