She is survived by: her children, Philip Eugene Spurlin and Gale Spurlin Tierce (William); her grandchildren, Christopher Philip Spurlin, Jacob Earl Spurlin, Catherin Renee Spurlin and Patricia Lynn Stanfa; her great grandchildren, Harbor Philip Spurlin, Theodore Sage Ruddy and Ryder Daniel Stanfa; her brothers, Kenneth and Linwood Donahue; and her caregivers, Selena, Raven and Reagan.
