Lusk; his stepsons, Frederick J. Lusk, III and Scott H. Lusk (Misty); his wife Jill David of Biloxi; his stepsons, Brian K. Sidaway (Kristin) and Robert Kevin Sidaway (Emma); and his children, Mandy E. Lusk (Keith), Kelli M. Lusk and Fred.
