He is survived by: his parents, Jeremy Hammons and Jennifer Goodhart; his daughter Blair Monroe Hammons; his stepmother Stephanie Hammons; his sister Jordan Rauls; his brother-in-law Jacob Rauls; his brothers, Aiden Hammons and Austen Self; his grandparents, Robert, Joyce Hammons of Warren, George, Brenda Goodhart, Larry, Alice Carpenter of Springdale and Debi Elmore of Mount Olive; his nieces, Annalise, Willa and Adeline Claire; and his cousin Lieutenant Beau Castleberry. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
To honor Gavin's memory, the family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to his daughter, Blair.
