He was predeceased by: his parents, Arden Howland and Lou E. Chambers Howland. He is survived by: his wife Brenda C. Howland of Biloxi; his children, Moriah D. Howland and Jonathan D. Howland (Sharon); his grandchildren, Brandon Sabellona, Horizan Moreno, Salvador Martinez-Howland, Elijah Howland, Summer Howland and Leland Howland; and his great grandchildren, Azaria Moreno and Mallory Saint Bellamy.
