He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harold Rice Sr. and Addie Beauboeuf Rice; and his sister Elizabeth Rice Hood. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Flanagan Rice; his daughters, Katherine "Adele" Rice-Debattista and Eleanor "Mimi" Henken (Victor); his stepchildren, Trey Moran and DeSha Moran Moody (Frank); his brothers, William Rice (Fran) and John Rice (Suzanne); and his grandchildren, Aubrey Moody Blenden (Brandon), Luciana Elizabeth Debattista, Cennie Rice Debattista, Taylor Ellis Moody, Louis Kleatu Debattista, Amri Lynn Moran, Eleanor Grace Henken, Camilla Margaret Henken and AnaSha Grace Moody. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jim's name may be made to the Temple Baptist Church Orchestra or charities of your choice.
