He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Tallo (Dishinger) and Jack Tallo. He is survived by: his wife Norma A. Tallo of Biloxi, MS.; and his sister Jackie A. Tallo of Bay St.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Wounded Warriors Foundation.
