He was predeceased by: his parents, Farrell Lamar Stiver, Sr. and Doris Maxine Stiver. He is survived by: his wife Julie Norreen Hagen Stiver; his daughters, Mindy Dunkleberger (Scott), Jennifer Bourque, Jr. (John) and Samantha Roberts (Freeman); and his grandchildren, Erik A Hubbert, Jr., Ysenya A. Hubbert, Zachary O Roberts, Jason T Roberts, John E Bourque, III, Mikaylah J Roberts and Julie Janie-Mae Bourque.
