He is survived by: his son John M. Novotny (Jill); his granddaughters, Nicole Walsh (Russell) and Meagan Novotny; his extended family, Steven Summersell (Marie), Garrison Summersell (Margaret), Quinn Summersell and Jade Summersell; his siblings, Stan Novotny of Mt. Horeb, WI and Joan Novotny Ziegelbauer of Middleton, WI; and his sister-in-law Gloria Novotny of Brooklyn, WI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
