He was predeceased by: his wife Rosalie Ingouf Manuel; and his parents, Irene Turan Manuel and Leo Ernest Manuel of Biloxi, MS.. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Manuel Zell, Larry T. Manuel, Jr., Leo Manuel, Maurice Manuel, Earl John Dellenger, III, Charles Dellenger and Michael Dellenger; and his grandchildren, Derek Dombrowski, Danielle Dombrowski, Caroline Dellenger, Madison Dellenger, Katie Dellenger, Cora Manuel and Crew Manuel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Maritime & Seafood Industry Museum.
