He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon P. Balius, Sr. and Eulalie Balius; and his daughter Tracie Balius Tate. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Roberts Balius; his children, Candace Balius, Toni Balius and Chela Roberts; and his siblings, Susan Balius Sekul and Chester Balius.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made to Blessed Seelos Catholic Church.
