He is survived by: his wife Pauline Frances Levins (Ladnier) of Woolmarket; and his children, Leslie Levins Jr. (Cynthia) of Gulfport, Hank Levins (Karen) of Saucier, Mark Levins (Andrea) of Saucier and Melissa Black (Sheldon) of Gulfport. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
