She was predeceased by: her husband David Minchew; and her parents, Lawrence Phillips and Mary Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Minchew, David Minchew (Cheryl) and Linda Mosgrove (John); her granddaughter Mary Mosgrove; and her great grandchild Evelyn Grace Bastoe. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
