He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Flowers and Leslie "Butch" Southworth; his stepfather Calvin "Ronnie" Flowers; and his brother Craig Southworth. He is survived by: his siblings, Timothy Southworth and Nicolle Jones (Chris); and his nieces and nephews, Daniel "Clay" Southworth (Rachel), Lesley Southworth, Carter Jones, Loren Southworth and Chandler Jones. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, many cousins and dear friends.
