With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Minnie Lee Wiley of Biloxi, Mississippi, who passed away on September 1, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bass and Minnie Eva Bass of Bassfield, MS; her siblings, Mary Louise Keys, Moezell Bass, Walter Bass, John Bass, Jr., Gerald Bass and Roy Lee Holloway; her grandchildren, Dereika Bass and Dalien Currie; and her close friend Fred Wiley.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Rogers (Elbert), Melanie Bass-Brice (James), Jacqueline Miller-Weathersby (Eric), Christine Triplett (Marcus) and Frederick Bass; her stepchildren, Freda Wiley, Mallette Wells, Bruce Wiley (Amanda), Stacy Ward, Patrick Ward and Samuel Jackson; her brother Bobby Bass (Patricia); and her siblings-in-law, Gail Bass, Thelma Jones and Willie Poole. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
