She was predeceased by: her parent J. D.; her husband John "Jake" Jacobs; her son Steve Jacobs; her siblings, Betty Latimer, Onalee Dailey, Marleen Rupple, Jim Wilson and Louis Wilson; her great grandchild Kailey Jacobs; her brother-in-law John Gunnels; and her daughter-in-law Linda Jacobs.

She is survived by: her children, Patty, Robert Jacobs (Dawn), John Jacobs Jr. (Cindy) and Barbara Bell (Dennis); her grandchildren, John Jacobs III, Caroline Jacobs (Bob Bryant), Roger Dunham, Emily Schlumbercht (Jason), Steve Jacobs II (Breanne), David Jacobs, Brittany Dunham and Kenneth Jacobs; her great grandchildren, Cody Jacobs, Lily Dunham, Will Westbrook and Mikaela Westbrook; and her sister Lucille Gunnels.
