He is survived by: his daughter Faye Byrd; his grandson Barry Byrd; his great grandchildren, Ryan Byrd (Alexia) and Jennifer Necaise (Michael); and his great great grandchildren, Lane Necaise, Kalina Byrd and Lyndal Byrd.
