He was predeceased by: his parents, Porter Lovell and Jacquelyn McCloud Whitehead; and his sister Jeri-Sue Hampton. He is survived by: his sisters, Lisa Whitehead Napier and Misty Whitehead Boner; and his siblings' children, Greg (Angela Steely), Adrienne (Jason Kane), Nicki Brinkley, Brandon Brinkley, Stephanie (Jeremy Threlkeld) and Savannah (Erron Goodwin).
